Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember recording myself singing songs over my mother's cassette tapes when I was like 6 years old. My Mom was big on soul & gospel music. I was singing Marvin Gaye & Aretha Franklin like I knew exactly how they felt.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Erykah Badu, New Amerykah, Pt. 1 (4th World War) Fugees, The Score (Expanded Edition) Thievery Corporation, It Takes a Thief These 3 albums hit me at a time when I was discovering myself and learning how to express my own creativity. Ms. Lauryn Hill & Erykah Badu teach me the power of words and the presence inside of them. Thievery Corportation explores genres and culture.
