In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember back in elementary school when I used to produce music using my Yamaha DGX-640. There were only 5 memory banks so you could only have up to 5 layers of live sound, and I used to produce full songs using that piano until I got a real DAW.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Charli xcx, how i'm feeling now Flume, Skin Turnover, Peripheral Vision how i'm feeling now by Charli XCX because of the sparkly sounding production and songs that feel good to sing along to. Skin by Flume is so influential to me, I love the stacked synths and experimentalness. Peripheral Vision gives me goosebumps.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Don't Go Away” I produced this song back in high school. It was the first song that I actually really appreciated making because it felt right to me. It made me want to explore making more music that is super spacious, stacked, and euphoric feeling.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? My career is just getting started but finishing producing, mixing and mastering an album for Vot is probably the biggest thing I've done so far. The entire process was super fun and I want to make more stuff like that in the future.
