Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Being on the set of 50 Cent's music video "I Get Money". Seeing how the behind the scenes action goes, directors, props, attention to detail. It was all surreal. Then for that song to go on and be huge in our culture, I felt like I was part of it.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? 50 Cent, Get Rich or Die Tryin' (Bonus Track Version) T-Pain, Rappa Ternt Sanga (Expanded Edition) Tvhleek, Forever Indebted Those first two albums were the ONLY albums I physically had growing up. CD case and all. 50 and Pain are my biggest music inspirations. True classic debuts. There impact is immense to Hip Hop. My third choice is self explanatory. I'm on the way!
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “City Called Heaven” I had been to two funerals in less than 48 hours. I wrote this in the limo following behind the hearse to the cemetery to bury my grandfather. During the funeral, the pastor said "If there is a city called heaven, we should all strive to get there".
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Everything is new to me, so all these moments are memorable. If I had to choose, I guess my first show. Being home, in MY city and selling out my first show with only 3 songs at the time is crazy. Lights everywhere, everyone singing word for word.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? It's only the beginning for me, so everything is still for the taken in my eyes. I don't think I've even scratched the surface of what's to come, so I'm excited for it all. Tour life, festivals, award shows, etc. Anything that's major is on my list.
