In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. It is evident in Wildflowher's music that the intense emotions of summer are a common theme. The bandmates all met while working at a summer camp. Their first time playing music together was at a camp talent show, performing "Green Light" by Lorde.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? HAIM, Women In Music Pt. III Lorde, Melodrama Maggie Rogers, Heard It In A Past Life Alt-pop inspires our sound and narrates our lives. These three pivotal records by Lorde, HAIM, and Maggie Rogers exemplify how experiencing others' stories of love and loss through music has impacted our own adolescences and musicianship.

While discussing musical aspirations in 2017, Joe Kottke sang Ellie Sanford the line "so drink up the last few sips of our antics," and Sanford knew immediately that it was a story they had to tell together.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? To celebrate the release of "Alstroemeria" in 2019, Wildflowher played their first live show. In traditional Minnesota fashion, a blizzard kicked up the day of. Still, more than 70 brave souls weathered the snowy conditions to attend the performance.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? All three bandmates have careers outside of music and face the challenges of collaborating while living in different states. So, their bucket list always includes honing their sound and doing what they love: capturing the intangible in music.
