Will Sparksについて
Australian DJ and producer Will Sparks pioneered the Melbourne bounce subgenre of electronic music.
• After a rebellious stint of sneaking into local clubs, Sparks dropped out of high school to pursue a career in music.
• His rip-roaring 2013 record “Bring It Back,” with fellow Aussie DJ and producer Joel Fletcher, went Top 40 in his home country and earned a platinum certification.
• In 2014, he sparked legions of shuffle tutorial videos across the internet with his standout single “Ah Yeah So What,” featuring British MC Wiley and Aussie vocalist Elon Levon. The track went Top 5 on the Australian charts and earned Sparks second platinum certification. It remains a staple of the Melbourne bounce subgenre.
• The versatile artist has moved away from Melbourne bounce and explored darker shades of techno on tracks like 2020’s “Nevermind” and “Kids These Days.”
• He’s created remixes for a variety of artists, including Mark Ronson, Steve Aoki, and Louis The Child.
