Over the years, Taiwanese crooner Jeff Chang has sung his way into countless hearts with an array of sentimental Mandarin pop ballads. The Yunlin native got a major boost early in his music career when he won a college singing competition. Chang's preference for languorous love songs has even earned him the moniker "Prince of Love Ballads".
