Blurred Visions

I always wanted everything at once

and ended up with nothing at all

sometimes it seems like I'm never going to learn

banging my head against the wall

 

I've got a feeling tonight that something's not quite right

and it just won't seem to go away

drifting again through a few more lost weekends

I can't seem to find my way

 

A few more drunken nights drifting out of sight

sleeping in the the back of a van

played another show that didn't reall go

quite the way that I planned

 

Voices that I've heard, visions that got blurred

dreams that somehow got left behind

music that I've played and choices that I've made

keep on running through my mind
