In the silvered sparkling light

Of Alexandra’s Easter

Cedars and Cypresses

Reach from their history, boughs clambering for the ghost waters' steam

Through gossamer shadows the dragonflies sing

In the glass surface tension, unbound to finity

The people we’ve lost through estrangement or by destiny’s hand

Scouring the memory

To answer the mystery

As the lead skies are clearing

And the sun casts her beacons

Over waves of wild garlic

To the whispers of the ever seeing leaves

In the silvered sparkling light

Of Alexandra’s Easter

The circle takes rest as

We believe in our reflections

And walk from the ghost waters’ steam

The mist where ghost waters dream

Away from the ghost waters’ steam
