There was about 6 thousand miles from the ground

Destination: headed anywhere rather than now.

Then all of a sudden, the wind started blowing

That's when I figured out that you were sent to my survival.

I was flying high and things started getting shaking

It was dark at night, my vision was getting hazy.

You were by my side, right there to help me fly.

You were my co-pilot and you helped me get through the turbulence.

Mayday, I try to reach this dash, but nobody answers.

And in no way was I gonna make it without someone helping me.

In the middle of nowhere you helped me get somewhere

And I figured out that you were essential to my survival.

To the point you give up.

Catch you in mid-flight and toss you around
