From the title of her 2025 album GOATED to the POV she takes throughout the project, the Chicago rapper and singer is certain that no one’s better when it comes to musical talent, sexual prowess, or pretty much anything else. On opener “The Way,” she gently swaggers atop booming bass accents, finger snaps, and a simple yet effective piano melody. When it comes to explaining the reasons why men worship at her feet, the list is almost too long to fit in the song’s two and a half minutes. Elsewhere, on “Chef’s Kiss,” she turns proclivities in the kitchen into an extended metaphor regarding her power in the bedroom. It’s a last-minute contender for the raunchiest anthem of 2025, and it just might take the cake.
