Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of the earliest musical memories I had was when I was 14, listening to The Chainsmokers. They were the ones who got me into electronic dance music, and I haven't turned back since.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Avicii, True: Avicii By Avicii John Summit, Comfort In Chaos Ruback, RUBACK BOX True: Avicii By Avicii showcases what got me to fall in love with dance music. Comfort in Chaos was what really inspired me to get into house music, and RUBACK BOX encapsulates my love of melodic techno.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Illusive Thoughts” Illusive Thoughts is what put me on the map as an artist. Not only did this start my journey with JD Farrell, but it also helped kickstart the foundation and sound for the rest of my releases.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I remember getting to open up for Paul Van Dyk in Detroit. I had released Illusive Thoughts on his label 3 months earlier, and the track did so well that his management wanted JD and I to join him on part of his tour.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I would love to play a proper show in Berlin. The city is home to techno music, and it would be a dream come true to be able to showcase my style and sound there.
