Puerto Rican-descendant and tropical singer/songwriter Kevin Ceballo was inspired by gospel music, singing and taking piano classes at a very young age. It was while attending New York's High School of Music and Art, popularized in the movie Fame, when the talented artist started composing, soon forming a band called Genuine Image. After participating in Isidro Infante's la Elite, Ceballo began his solo career, recording Mi Primer Amor, released by RMM Records in September 2000, being awarded Revelacion of the Year in the tropical category by Univisión's lo Nuestro. ~ Drago Bonacich
