Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My earliest musical memory would have to be my father teaching me how to play guitar. Despite hi working nine jobs, he would still make time for me and my brother Brandon. After working all night he would teach us drums, guitar, and others.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Nas, Illmatic The Notorious B.I.G., Ready to Die (The Remaster) Wu-Tang Clan, Enter The Wu-Tang (36 Chambers) [Expanded Edition] These albums helped shape a young aspiring poet and music fan at the age of twelve years old. From Nasty Nas to Escobar, Nasir Jones is my idol. His Illmatic album I've memorized since I was young. Biggie made me inspired as a young heavy kid in LA.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Life After Surgery” This instrumental represents my mission as an artist. As well as, my entire purpose and drive. After having a severe spinal fusion and through four years of rehab, I swore to take my music to a higher level and tell my story.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Filming and directing a concert for an artist named Realasspanda. Got to see Wutang, AFRO, and many other artists in person. It was the most surreal experience of my life.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Getting to perform any of my catalogs in front of a large audience and get to spread my message would be it for me. I could definitely die happy if my single coming up Tales of An EMT was able to be performed LIVE!
