With both a rich voice and a musical style that straddle soul, adult pop, rock, blues, and gospel, singer/guitarist Liz Brasher developed her eclectic retro-soul sound from the church choirs of her home state of North Carolina and the vintage soul music she discovered while living in Chicago, Illinois. Her debut album, 2019's Painted Image, was recorded at historic studios in her adopted home of Memphis, Tennessee.
