Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Growing up with an upright piano in my childhood home, coming home from school everyday, throwing my backpack on the floor beside the piano and playing until dinner time. Building a relationship with myself through music for as long as I remember.

Joni Mitchell, For the Roses Kacey Musgraves, Golden Hour Miley Cyrus, Plastic Hearts Exceptional songwriting by trailblazing women. Production value that complements the artists and the writing, front to back, no skips, masterful.

Tell us why you chose this song. “City/Country” A simple song that captures an intense feeling I have about the concept of home. This is some of my best and most honest songwriting and it shines in this delicate arrangement. Always makes me think of my home province.
