Over Pushmonkey
The Austin, Texas hard rock band Pushmonkey debuted in 1994 with the independent release Maize, a major hit on local radio; a year later they released a three-song cassette highlighted by the track "Caught My Mind," which topped playlists in the Houston area. Signing to major label Arista, Pushmonkey resurfaced in 1998 with a self-titled LP. ~ Jason Ankeny
