Heart turning east while I’m still west bound

prone to resist I surrender ground

my feet push me up As my head falls down

held by the air above

Sacred , sacred and profaned

I’m searching for the holy in mundane

No pain no gain

No words to describe spirits make sounds

my mind keeps the tribe as hands hold the sky

I pray to the deep ocean may she drown

My sorrows, and I lay on the sand
