In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I visited my uncle in prison and performed some of the poetry I had been reciting in preparation for an NAACP oratory contest. He played me some 2Pac and I was immediately taken aback by how passionate he expressed himself. Been a hiphop head since.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Asiah Dio, Tangible Dreamz Vol. 1 [10 - Year Anniversary Edition] Justin Timberlake, Justified Kanye West, Graduation Graduation - because I feel it captures where Ye came from - as well as where he'd like to go. Justified makes the cut because of the epic production as well as its cohesiveness in using multiple producers. TD because its my classic!

Asha Nicole)” In a time in my life where things were going crazy: heartbreak, my father passing, the loss of close friends; I wanted to make an uplifting song that I could play anytime thats almost spiritual in a meditation sense. I hope you agree.
