I remember hearing songs by Andre Crouch, James Cleveland, Edwin Hawkins, Aretha Franklin, Shirley Caesar, and others on Sunday mornings when the stations would switch from R&B to gospel. The passion and the message in these songs were life changing.

The initial inspiration came to her while she was in her morning devotions. It was almost left off the recording. But we slipped it in and it became one of the most popular songs on the project.
