In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. We both grew up in very musical families. Both of our parents sang and played instruments in their church. I (Samally) joined my parents group at age 12 and began writing lyrics at 15. Obed was always beat boxing and started producing at 16.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Israel & New Breed, Jesús en el Centro En Vivo Jesús Adrián Romero, El Aire De Tu Casa Mariah Carey, Butterfly We have great diversity when it comes to musical tastes. We enjoy listening to music together. These are records we can listen to over and over again. From its lyrics, musicalization, everything is an experience.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? We love performing on stage, the energy we exchange and the connection with the audience is always unforgettable. But the best part is meeting new people who have been touched by our songs. It's a humbling experience and keeps us going.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? We've been blessed to have fulfilled many of our musical goals, but a big backlist would be to be able to collaborate with some of our childhood musical heroes like Juan Luis Guerra, Rene Gonzalez, Ricardo Montaner, among others.
