Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Neil Diamond's greatest hits in the cassette player of an Oldsmobile '88, windows down. Does it get any better than that?
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? ALL, Allroy's Revenge Alkaline Trio, Crimson The Living End, The Living End These albums were in heavy rotation when we were active, and it showed - particularly in our later demos. Unfortunately those songs never got the release they deserved. Maybe we should fix that!
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “More Than Who We Are” This song always connected with the audience, probably because it's fast and has great harmonies. We loved it too, and it signalled the beginnings of a darker turn for us musically.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? We got a really positive letter back from FAT Wreck Chords when we sent them our demo. It probably would have been smart to follow up on that.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? We have always talked about going into the studio and giving the Razorblade songs the treatment they deserve. We really believe in those later songs, but the recordings don't do them justice. Maybe it's time to head to the Blasting Room.
