When I was a young musician these albums completely transformed my understanding of what an album could be. The thoughtfulness of the lyrics and compositions opened my eyes to the power of music as a vehicle for deep, meaningful expression.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
As a young musician, I stepped away from music and moved to Daegu, South Korea, where I rekindled my passion by playing for others. My most memorable moment was an intimate performance at a traditional tea house for a small group of locals.
