In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was about 11 years old I was walking down the hall at school quietly rapping 'Holiday Rap' by MC Miker G & DJ Sven and an older kid started rapping it back to me. That was my first in-person Hip Hop experience, however corny it might be.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? A Tribe Called Quest, The Low End Theory Nas, Illmatic Portishead, Dummy The musicality, production, lyricism and atmosphere that these three albums encompass are all extraordinary and deeply personal to me.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Made (feat. Marlon Craft)” This song was a true labour of love and encountered a bunch of hurtles during the production. But ultimately it all came together and Marlon Craft turned in an amazing performance.
