Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My first concert ever was Usher’s Confessions Tour. I went with my family, and Kanye West opened before he blew up. I remember the lights, the energy, and thinking, “Yo, I want to do that one day.”
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? A Tribe Called Quest, Midnight Marauders N.E.R.D, Seeing Sounds OutKast, Stankonia Seeing Sounds was the soundtrack of my life, it felt like Pharrell made it for weird Black kids like me. Midnight Marauders saw me. Stankonia proved Southern rap could be fearless, fresh, and still be the GOATs.

It’s where I lay out exactly who I am, where I’ve been, and where I’m headed. Performing it live always hits different because the crowd can feel how much it means to me.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Way too many to list! But touring internationally, performing on Tiny Desk, and hearing a stadium full of people scream my lyrics back? Yeah, we’re checking those off soon.
