Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest musicial memories is listening to old John Lee Hooker and Miles Davis when I was learning to play the drums. I began at age three & taught myself with the music they both, Elvin Jones and Tony Williams was my first jazz experience.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Geordie Greep, The New Sound Miles Davis, Live-Evil The Art Ensemble of Chicago, Message to Our Folks These three albums form the basis of the sound that is Mateo Suarez & The Public Ear. From the splicing genius of Live-Evil, to the avant-garde seeds planted by The Art Ensemble of Chicago on albums such as Message to Our Folks.
