In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my most profound early music memory was simply hanging off the back window of the villa where we lived in Ibadan just to catch on to the music my neighbours were playing: Celine Dion, Akon. I got hooked real early, this was the early 2000's.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Asake, Mr. Money With The Vibe Dave, We're All Alone In This Together Sade, The Best of Sade (Remaster) I'm quite old-skool. I learnt how to make music by listening to classics and simply learning how to reproduce what I'd heard. That explains why I love Sadé Adu. My favourite new age albums are usually a melangé of vibe and insane lyricism.

We're the sad eyes on happy faces, the one with grammy dreams but who still need to hustle capital from a 9 to 5, the underdogs with finesse. I needed to tell that story.
