Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Spinning my parent's old vinyl records. Artists like Cat Stevens, The Beatles and Bob Dylan.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Ben Harper & The Innocent Criminals, Live from Mars Bob Dylan, Blood On the Tracks The Verve, Urban Hymns All 3 albums hit me at pivotal points in my career and taught me so much about approaching music and songwriting in unique ways. All lyrical masterpieces.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Golden Lover, Silver Soul” Out of all the songs I've written, this one speaks to me the most. The lyrics were written in 15 mins and the chord progression had floated through my mind on & off for years, so it was a beautiful moment when the lyric finally did fall into my lap.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I'd say getting to support and share the stage with some of my musical heroes. Harry Manx, John Butler & The Beautiful Girls to name a few.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? So much! North American & European tours, more albums & songs featured in TV & Film.
