In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
My earliest musical memories come from all over. My dad gave me his guitar when I was pretty young but I never really picked it up to try and learn it. I was in a symphonic band in grade school and learned how to read and play music there.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Inhaler, Cuts & Bruises
Steve Lacy, Apollo XXI
The 1975, The 1975 (Deluxe Edition)
I picked these 3 albums because the people who made them are just so sonically talented. My goal with music, no matter what numbers I put up, is to sound as good as these albums one day. The sounds give you a rollercoaster of an experience.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
The most memorable part of this "career" is starting it. Learning how much work goes into a real album is remarkable. Understanding the blood, sweat, and tears you don't see behind the scenes of my favorite music made me appreciate it even more.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
Perform a show. I'm not talented enough yet or have the resources for it, but one day my end goal is to play a live show somewhere no matter the size of the venue.
