Timcast is the stage moniker of political commentator and social media personality Tim Pool, who hosts a popular podcast under the same name. In 2020, Pool released the Libertarian and modern rock-leaning single "Will of the People." Two years later, he teamed up with ex-Offspring drummer Pete Parada for the alt-rock track "Only Ever Wanted," which reached the number two spot on the international Apple Music chart. Pool continued to parse personal struggles and socio-political discord on subsequent efforts like 2022's "Genocide (Losing My Mind)" and 2024's "Coming Home."
