Something came to visit me... Invisibly
An artist's hand wants me to be centerpiece
While part of me is rather left alone, I'm not a modern man
I can feel something growing, there's roses around my bones
Out of my comfort zone, yet I am at home
Part of destiny, the universe is writing my poem
A multitude of colours I never could've acquired alone
Although I keep myself secluded in a quieter zone
Insomniac dancing to how that intertwines and it flows
When the world is asleep I finally get to go where that goes
Go with the wind, go in between the highs and the lows
Going against the calcification of life and it shows
I'm growing again, going to places, nobody knows
World is asleep, astro traveling all over the globe
So many things to think about that I still don't know
Moving against the current spinning out of control
Ever felt like your whole head was an alarm bell?
Tesla coil, got a lot of stress on my dome
Ever remained silent while your whole inside wants to yell?
Blood vessels boil, stormy night, bless the unknown
Alchemical oils burn in the lamp next to the throne
All the heckling was a test that surely I have outgrown
Always alone, never alone
It might feel homeless but we're always headed home
InsomniaH
Late at night I toss and turn
Since I have caused my thoughts to burn
How can I unlearn what I've learned
And pay this price
The cost of yearning
InsomniaH
Toss and turn
Since I have caused my thoughts to burn
How can I unlearn what I've learned
And pay this price
The cost of yearning
Late at night I toss and turn
Since I have caused my thoughts to burn
How can I unlearn what I've learned
And pay this price
The cost of yearning
InsomniaH
Toss and turn
Since I have caused my thoughts to burn
How can I unlearn what I've learned
And pay this price
The cost... of yearn
