Old Dominion’s Matthew Ramsey says the band’s music was made for “big, outdoor summertime shows.” And that’s exactly what fans will get with their How Good Is That tour. “I’m just so excited to get back out there,” Ramsey tells Apple Music, adding that the energy of their shows is “positive and joyful.” “It’s just a beautiful celebration of music and friendship,” he says. The singer isn’t worried, either, about incorporating their new songs into the set. “It’s always a little tricky to work the new ones in, but the great thing is, our fans tend to latch on to the new releases pretty quickly,” he explains. At one point in their concerts, they even plan to let the audience decide what gets played. “We’ve been working on making sure we are prepared to play our entire catalog,” Ramsey says. “So there is a spot or two in the set where we will take requests.
