The paranoid punk fantasies of his group the Sun City Girls outdo their heroes', including The Fugs' “CIA Man.” And Richard's brother Alan catches and releases the Girls' far-flung passions on the Sublime Frequencies label, including the vamping desert-blues guitars of Group Inerane ("Kuni Majagani").
