Dutch-born DJ and producer San Holo has his head in the stars. You could probably guess as much from his Millennium Falcon-worthy name, but his style comes through even stronger in his tracks, which tackle EDM and future bass with a whimsical, neon-hued sense of wonder. His 2016 single “Light” sounds downright wide-eyed with its lilting vocal loop and massive cotton-candy synthesizers, while on “The Future,” a team-up with James Vincent McMorrow, San Holo uses the indie folkster's crooning voice to create a moody R&B banger as luminescent and enveloping as the night sky.
