Late night trips to Whataburger When we know we should be in bed Laughing at vine compilations when We should be studying instead But why not do what we want to While we're young, dumb, college kids? Good grades are so overrated I'd rather hang out like this Cause it's the times that we do anything But the things that we know we should be doing That we take with us when we're all grown up Doing things that we don't really wanna be doing Wasting most of our time so that we make the most of our time Rooftop of the library Even though they said it's not allowed And bonfires on the campus beach Even though last time we got kicked out But what's expected isn't as fun As the memories we can make And who remembers two page papers twenty years after we graduate? No it's the times that we do anything But the things that we know we should be doing That we take with us when we're all grown up Doing things that we don't really wanna be doing Wasting most of our time so that we make the most of our time I'd rather see your favorite band Or play Settlers of Catan I'd rather eat all of the pizza that we physically can I'd rather watch the princess bride I'd rather laugh until we cry I'd rather waste all of our time Cause it's these times that we do anything Together we always remember What we take with us when we're all grown up Are the ones that we love, with us forever Oh nothing can beat making friends that last for life Wasting most of our time so that we make the most of our lives
