Adam Edward Story began his solo career in 1998 after spending a number of frustrating years playing in various bands that never really went anywhere. By taking a more personal approach to songwriting while armed with only an acoustic guitar, Story move to North Pole, AK, the year he started playing out by himself. With a gentle hybrid that combines various elements of folk, rock, and pop, Story self-recorded and released his first solo album, Pillow Talk, in 2000. ~ Mike DaRonco
