Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest musical memories is watching my dad jam with his friends as a toddler. The room was full of rhythm and laughter. I didn’t know the notes, but I felt the vibe — it planted the seed that music would always be part of my life.

Tell us why you chose this song. “Memories” "Memories" is a heartfelt tribute to my daughter — a reflection of the moments missed while touring. Though I’m often away, this song is a reminder that she’s always in my heart. Every beat, every lyric, is for her.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? One of the most memorable moments in my music career was performing on the Bob Marley “Catch A Fire” stage in 2019. To honour a legend while representing Africa on that platform was surreal — a full-circle moment I’ll never forget.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Absolutely - more to achieve. Top of my bucket list is performing at the GRAMMY Awards, collaborating with legends like Damian Marley or Kendrick Lamar, and building RuFF CuTT Studio into a Pan-African music empire that uplifts the next generation.
