In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My father was close friends with the late Stimela lead singer, Ray Phiri (we are related apparently). At one of his shows, they made me jump on stage with him, I was around 5 - 8 years old. That is probably what made me want to be an artist.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Agnes Obel, Aventine Drake, Nothing Was the Same (Deluxe) Smino, blkswn Agnes Obel is my favorite artist of all time, her music keeps me calm, I only picked this because this was my introduction to her. Blkswn really saved me from a bad place mentally. The first time I heard NWTS I had an out-of-body experience.

Tell us why you chose this song. “Somewhere In the East” There's a line in there that goes "I'm the one, can not quit, my darling", that is all I need to hear when life gets hard, It reminds me, I am who I am, and I have to keep going.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Being played on BBC 1xtra. Having international features. Being playlisted on TV.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Yes, We just started. Next up; tours, traveling for the music, more features, different stages, more interviews, merch, meeting new people, and helping upcoming artists.
