Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Maybe the earliest I can remember of actually playing music is when I was still in nappies, sitting on my cousin’s lap so I could play Grandma’s piano. I’m told I called it the ‘la la’
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Benjamin Clementine, At Least for Now Nick Drake, Pink Moon Nina Simone, Wild Is The Wind To me, these albums are all fearless and so expressive. ‘Pink Moon’ I love for its brevity and intimacy. ‘Wild Is The Wind’ I love for its incredible virtuosity and immense scope, and ‘At Least for Now’ is just merciless in its honesty.

Tell us why you chose this song. “Never Let Me Go” I chose this song because I’ve ended many shows with it since it was released. Stripping it back to just piano and strings was liberating for me - like living my Nina Simone dreams. It is imbued with a power that many people respond to, emotionally.
