Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My parents had annual parties where several bands would play in our driveway. People would camp, we cooked or catered food, had a stage built and this guy Lonnie Mquiston always had a blues band that would headline. Him and my dad got me in to guitar
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bob Marley, African Herbsman (Deluxe Version) Passafire, Everyone On Everynight Stevie Ray Vaughan & Double Trouble, Texas Flood My desire to play guitar started with the blues and rock. SRV has always been imo, the goat! I found Bob Marley and reggae music while leaving a church service that left me less than confident in my beliefs. Passafire blends it all together for me!
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Lonely” This is the first song I ever recorded and released myself. It isn't the best quality recording but I really love the lyrics and the song blends my love of reggae and rock together nicely!
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? My band Floralorix got to open for several of my favorite artists including a sold out show with 311, The Wailers and The Original Wailers, and Giant Panda Guerilla Dub Squad!
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I would love the opportunity to make a living creating and performing music. I want to travel the world and spread good energy to people!
