Hailing from Carolina, Puerto Rico, Robi is an urbano singer and songwriter. While his first singles appeared around 2020, he was still virtually unknown when chance made him an overnight sensation in 2022. A snippet of a song he had uploaded to social media caught the attention of Colombian reggaeton star Feid, who promptly asked Robi for a collaboration. The finished product, "Pantysito," also featuring Alejo, became a monster viral hit in 2022, accruing hundreds of millions of plays all over the world. Robi spent the next few years trying to capitalize on his sudden fame, showcasing a hitherto unsuspected stylistic range that extended from reggaeton to pop, electro, rock, and ballads. By August 2025, he had been involved in almost 60 singles, featurings, and remixes.
