Establishing himself with the explosive "Wooo Walk" dance, New York's Sosa Geek built his brand in the late 2010s and early 2020s with a frenetic style of drill. Working alongside friends and collaborators Fivio Foreign and Pop Smoke, the rapper had his biggest placement to date alongside Drake on 2020's Dark Lane Demo Tapes.
Born and raised in Brownsville, New York, rapper Sosa Geek found his place as part of New York's late-2010s and early-2020s drill scene. Affiliated with New York's Woo faction, the rapper's first big break came with "Wooo Walk," a dance-based collaboration between Geek, Rah Swish, Fetty Luchiano, and Young Costamado. From here, the rapper built a firm foundation in drill, anchoring himself in the scene with tracks like "Geek Shyt" and "I Don't Know." The second major milestone of the rapper's career came with an unexpected collaboration; Toronto superstar Drake enlisted both Sosa Geek and close associate Fivio Foreign for 2020's "Demons," which landed on his Dark Lane Demo Tapes mixtape. ~ David Crone
