In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. This has to be in elementary school, when my teacher found out I could sing. He made me perform infant of the class and encouraged me to join multiple talent shows in school. That gave me courage and from there I just knew I wanted to be an artist.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Jazmine Sullivan, Fearless music is a frequency, it finds you when you need it. I don't have favorite albums or songs, I keep experiencing new sounds that fit in that particular part of my life. Altho there is one album of Jazmine Sullivan which I used to listen to as a kid.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Misfit” This song is special to me, because it is my first single. I remember how easy it was for me to write it, the process went so smooth. "Misfit" is about myself, and how I view this world. It holds a lot of meaning, and I know that many can relate.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Performing in Italy for 3 days straight. My first single was released in 2023, which means I just started building my career. My end goal is to go international, so performing in Rome showed me that everything is possible, this is just the beginning.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I want my music to reach the world for healing purposes, creating art with Erykah Badu and probably to get invited by Tiny desk concert to perform. Who doesn't love Tiny desk?!
