In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was around 5 or 6 years old, I was sitting with my Dad who was playing the song, “Hey there Delilah”, on the guitar. I knew from then that music was going to be a big part of my life and that I had a passion for it.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Ed Sheeran, ÷ (Deluxe) Michael Bublé, Call Me Irresponsible One Direction, FOUR (The Ultimate Edition) One Direction. First band I ever listened to. I still listen to them to this day. Ed Sheeran-my current favourite artist. I play his songs on the piano. His lyrics are amazing & relatable. Bublé-My parents brought me up on this music. Love it.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Supermarket Flowers” The lyrics of the song relate strongly to the passing of my Grandmother and who she was as a person. The words are really close to my heart.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The release of my debut album, Eighteen, a coming-of-age collection that captures the emotions, lessons, and stories of youth with sincerity and sonic polish in a sound that is unmistakably my own.
