I take a step back

Straining my ears for any sound around me

The infinite silent thought is my faithful companion

 

When I am lost in a day

And skies above me are dull and grey

When every step is a run

And I'm a hunter and a pray

 

Swimming against the stream

Streaming my thoughts in the endless flow

Trying to move down the road

I am a traveller who likes it slow
