It's like summer in the meadows

Everything so green with life

All the flowers smell like sunshine

Hearts only can shine bright

I haven't seen a grey cloud in the sky

For what feels like a million days

Oh, it's summer in the meadows

I hope like this it stays

See the summer out my window

I must go out to play

I'll walk slowly with no shadow

The sun is high today

All of the birds sing along as they fly

High into the rays

We're all happy today
