One of dancehall's biggest and most enduring stars, Sizzla debuted in the mid-'90s and has been prolifically recording ever since. He's released more than 60 albums, worked with just about every reggae artist imaginable, scored several huge hits, and racked up countless awards. Less than a year after being hit by a bus while on his motorcycle (which led to widespread rumors of his death), Sizzla returns with more excellent tunes. Lyon House Music Presents is his fourth release of 2012. It's a slightly longer version of his Don't Mislead the Youths EP, with the same six tracks plus three more. Always keeping things positive, he flaunts his Rastafarian faith on "Ganja," stresses the importance of education on "Learn to Read," and showcases the importance of family with "Happy Father's Day." Though most of the material here is inspirational, Sizzla also takes aim at his rival Khago on two ferocious and razor-sharp diss tracks: "Likke Bwoy Bwoy" and "Big Bad Wolf."
