In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. As an early teenager, I listened to only music I grew up around and that was Afrobeats, Fuji and Gospel until I played a song "When I was your man-Bruno Mars" and that started my obsession with his music and my journey to Afro-fusion.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Frank Ocean, Blonde Kanye West, Graduation Omah Lay, Boy Alone Graduation: Every song, lyric, instrumental felt intentional. Blonde: This album inspired me to write with more feeling and never box myself. Boy Alone: This beautiful piece of art got me thru some of my worst times. Will always love Omah for this.
