In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
Growing up, I’d hear Metallica’s “Am I Evil” blasting from my dad’s Peavey amp in the basement. He had an old acoustic I started playing in high school. After he showed me a few basic chords, I wrote my first song on a black Ibanez Talman acoustic.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Elliott Smith, Either/Or
Phoebe Bridgers, Punisher
Radiohead, OK Computer
Every time I revisit these albums, they feel like a breath of fresh air. I never grow tired of them, and with each listen, I discover something new that I hadn’t heard before. They've been incredibly inspiring in the creation of my own music.
