Fragile Rock hakkında
In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
SXSW was our moment of high-fuzz friction, where the raw, bleeding-heart sincerity of emo finally met a stage big enough for our miniature angst. Between the humid Austin streets and the roaring crowds, we proved that even a puppet’s soul can scream.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Joy Division, Unknown Pleasures (2019 Digital Master) Remastered
Various Artists, The Muppet Movie (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack)
X-Ray Spex, X-Ray Spex: The Anthology
X-Ray Spex has the angst, Joy Division has the gloom, and The Muppets have the felt. They all prove that being an outsider—screaming at the world or singing about rainbows—is the only way to feel real. It’s all just beautiful, jagged yearning.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song.
“Microfamous”
"Microfamous" is our anthem for the bittersweet reality of playing a Tiny Desk concert but still being seen as a novelty act or a punchline in felt. But you won't see us cry because a tear don't fall from a glued on eye.
