Formed around the cast of the Mexican teen telenovela Rebelde in 2004, RBD bid farewell to their fans in 2009 with their Gira del Adiós world tour. By then, the Mexican sextet had become one of the most successful pop phenomena of the decade. In between, members Alfonso, Anahí, Dulce María, Christian, Christopher, and Maite took their teen anthems to the world’s charts and iconic stages like Rio De Janeiro’s Maracanã Stadium and New York’s Madison Square Garden. This selection marks the band’s evolution from the crisp, youthful pop of their beginnings to an increasingly mature and personal sound.
